Finally. That very well could be the best word in the English language. Is there another word that is paired with such intense relief? I don’t think there is. If there was I would use it; I would use both, ’cause today I’m extremely relieved. I’m finally done with the site’s new look.
I admit it’s very simple. I got tired of all the nonsense on the site and wanted to make it plain, but (somewhat) professional. I think I’ve managed to do that. And the reason I say finally is because the design didn’t come easy.
It’s running the Thesis Theme for WordPress, which was created to make it easier for folks like me who want to build a professional site. The theme is also easy to customize; and every customization can be completely different. So needless to say I spent the last month or so customizing the theme, loving it, then hating it, customizing it again, loving it, then hating it, then customizing it, loving it, hating it, loving it, hating it, and now loving it…for now. Actually, the plan is to keep it this way for quite some time. I need the relief. So does my wife.
That being said, there could still be some bugs. So if anybody notices anything absolutely crazy, please let me know.

Nice look Lee. I’m using Thesis and still customising as I go – actually learning how to customise as I go. The forums are good value and it’s great to check out other good sites to see how to was done. (Sneaky peeks with Firebug from Firefox).
