		<description>I fall into the category of totally addicted... until a few weeks ago when I felt God giving me a kick in the butt and clear instructions to give it a rest. I&#039;m learning to step away... slowly. This was a great post, btw. Thanks for sharing.</description>

		<description>I am late to the twitter party and only recently decided to explore this social medium. Why do I twitter? To network, to build awareness of my blog, to find new sources of inspiration and to meet cool new people.

I have no interest in sharing the tedious details of my life nor reading anyone else&#039;s, instead I thought what if I could share the emotion of of a key leadership activity from my day in the form of a Ron quote. In a sense codifying my leadership walk so that the world (or at least the 30 people following) me could hear it. That way I could share my own personal leadership wisdom and perspective. 

Valuable? I guess that is in the eye of the reader...</description>
